Corrections Policy

We try hard to get things right the first time. When we don’t, we fix it quickly and visibly. This page explains how.

How to report an error

Spotted something wrong? A price that’s changed, a spec that’s off, a claim that doesn’t hold up? Send it through the contact page with a link to the article and, if you have one, a source for the correct information. We read everything.

What happens next

We verify the report against the original sources. If the article is wrong, we correct it within 48 hours of confirming the error. Substantive corrections, meaning anything that could have changed a buying decision or a factual takeaway, get a visible correction note in the article stating what changed and when. Typos, formatting glitches, and broken links get fixed silently.

What counts as substantive

Wrong prices, wrong specs, misattributed testing results, outdated availability presented as current, and any claim a cited source doesn’t actually support. If we’re unsure whether a fix is substantive, we note it anyway. Over-disclosing costs us nothing; under-disclosing costs us your trust.
