Mouse sensitivity converter
Match hip-fire turn distance between supported games using DPI and each game’s input scale.
Fortnite uses the displayed percentage number. Minecraft: Java Edition uses the displayed 0 to 200 percent slider and its nonlinear input curve. eDPI is sensitivity multiplied by DPI; compare it only within the same game and input scale.

Mouse sensitivity converter: This mouse sensitivity converter matches hip-fire aim by keeping the same physical mouse travel for a full 360-degree turn. It also reports cm/360, inches/360, and conventional eDPI.
How this mouse sensitivity converter works
Choose the source and target games, enter the in-game sensitivity, and add the source and target DPI. The linear-game math follows the yaw-ratio method documented by KovaaK. Constants were checked against the published SensLab table. Minecraft uses its nonlinear slider transform, not a fake fixed yaw; the transform follows the current Java input code reproduced by Tweak Mouse Sensitivity.
How to read the results
The converted value targets equal hip-fire cm/360. A larger cm/360 means a slower setting and more mousepad travel. eDPI is sensitivity multiplied by DPI, but because game scales differ, it is useful only when comparing settings inside the same game. Minecraft’s eDPI display uses its internal 0 to 1 slider position.
Common causes of failed tests
A mathematically equal turn distance can still feel different because games use different fields of view, camera animation, input buffering, frame rate, weapon handling, aim-down-sights scaling, and acceleration. Fortnite input is entered as the displayed percentage; Minecraft Java is entered on its 0 to 200 percent slider.
Troubleshooting before you replace hardware
Confirm the exact DPI profile in mouse software, disable mouse acceleration where the game expects raw input, use hip-fire values, and test a measured 360-degree turn in both games. Custom yaw commands, per-optic multipliers, controller settings, and console aim systems require separate calculations.

Frequently asked questions
What is cm/360?
It is the physical mouse distance needed to rotate the in-game view through one full 360-degree turn.
Is eDPI comparable between different games?
No. eDPI ignores each game’s input scale, so compare it only inside the same game.
Does this convert ADS sensitivity?
No. It matches hip-fire turn distance. ADS and per-optic systems use additional game-specific scaling.
