  3. Each evening, check off the day. Do it at the same time every day to anchor the habit.
  4. At the end, tally your actual savings, write your reward, and give yourself a week before deciding whether to go again.

Any day you spend nothing outside your pre-agreed allowed list (rent, groceries, medication, etc.). Define this before you start, the definition is personal.

What if I slip up on day 5?
